Two of the oldest houses in Los Feliz, a Spanish duplex and an 1897 Craftsman cottage, joined by a brick garden patio under old trees. Since 2004 it's been the neighborhood's everyday table: updated American classics, crab cakes, paninis, a crispy chicken paillard. Save room for the pastry case.
