The Concordia family's Filipino American barbecue: coconut beef adobo from 16-hour smoked chuck, deli-thin tri-tip with horseradish crema, cornbread bibingka baked on banana leaf. Grown from a 2009 catering business on this block and still run like a neighborhood institution.
Counter order, sit-down roomOrder at the counter, then take a table; you can also book ahead. Valet Thursday to Saturday, 5–10pm, $15; otherwise street parking on Temple, Edgeware or Bellevue.
