Stephanie Izard's Chicago hit, in a high-ceilinged Arts District warehouse with an open kitchen and a long bar. Order more than you think and pass it all around: the wood-oven bread with its rotating butter, the goat dishes the room is named for, and the green beans in fish-sauce vinaigrette, a signature since Chicago. Weekend brunch is its own scene.
