Ori Menashe and Genevieve Gergis's second restaurant, in a warehouse with vines hanging from the rafters and a huge string-lit patio. Cooking from Israel to Egypt, built to share: both hummus with oven-hot pita, then malawach and a big main. Still one of the hardest tables in town.
Reservations recommendedTables book up to 60 days out and go fast. Walk-ins can eat the full menu at the bar, and tables as they open up. Parties of nine to 26 book semi-private through events@baveldtla.com.
