The Santa Cruz roaster's southern flagship, which it calls Roastery Del Sur, next door to Bavel: a 7,000-square-foot, two-story warehouse with skylights and the roaster working in plain view. Along with the usual espresso and pour-overs, the bar makes coffee mocktails you can only get here.
