Baker Ran Zimon's wild-yeast bakery, open since 2010 in a nondescript building at 7th and Santa Fe with no obvious sign, just north of Bestia. More than a dozen loaves come out of the kitchen daily, and half the neighborhood's cafés serve them.

Order at the counterOrder at the counter; seating inside and on the covered patio out back. Order ahead online to skip the morning line. Free lot behind the building, reached from the alley just south of the 7th Street bridge.
